Terms & Conditions

1. By purchasing and redeeming a gift voucher, you accept and agree to these terms of use.
2. Gift vouchers can be purchased in INR only.
3. The Voucher is valid for redemption within 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the voucher. The voucher will expire in the expiration date stated in the voucher and cannot be extended.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. It's not redeemable for cash or any other vouchers except product.
5. This Gift voucher should be treated as cash, SIMONE Naturally Inspired Living LLP. Will not accept liability if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
6. An existing voucher cannot be extended or altered using another voucher.
7. Any unused balance will have to be forfeited and cannot be encashed or carried forward.
8. We have the rights to cancel the voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulent voucher is presented at the time of redemption.
9. You are entirely responsible for the text and content of your personalized gift message and SIMONE Naturally Inspired Living LLP accepts no liability for such content.
10. SIMONE Naturally Inspired Living LLP reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions of the Gift voucher at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action is necessary.
