    • What happens in case the goods that are received are damaged ?

      Because of the fragile nature of our goods and limited stock availability of each merchandise, we are unable to guarantee replacement of any article if found damaged during the transit. Goods needs to be checked at the time of delivery and acknowledged by the receiver at the time of delivery. If any good is found damaged at the time of delivery, kindly intimate us immediately and we will refund your money back. However, we do not take responsibility once the goods are accepted and delivered by our delivery person. And we wont be able to replace and refund the money in this case.
    • How will my money be transferred back ?

      All refunds will be transferred to the same account through which you gave made the payment. Incase of credit cards.
    • On what basis can i return the product ?

      Product can be returned only if the product is damaged- during transit
      Important Points : orders cannot be cancelled, once they are ordered return valid only for customers in india.
    • Can i get a refund ?

      In case you do not want to opt for the gift voucher for the amount of refund or the exchange product, such amount shall then be refunded as you paid for the product.
