You can place orders online during the lockdown period. However, we will dispatch your order(s) only once we resume operations.

 Monday to Saturday, 10:30am to 7:30pm IST for any queries about the status of your order.We will update you once we resume normal operations. We request your support during these times, to ensure safety for all.

Currently, we ship only within India through registered courier companies. Domestic ordersdelivered within 7-10 business days. (You will get the delivery date confirmation once your order is confirmed.)

*Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.


We do not levy any shipping/delivery charges within  Mumbai ( within BMC Limits). Any order outside Mumbai will be based on distance and actual volumetric weights.


All orders are processed from our store in Colaba Mumbai. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on your personal account, from the “Order Status”.


Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.


For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa ) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
